group fitness classes

  • MONDAY 5:30AM - 6:15AM

    A 45 minute interval and/or circuit training class, incorporating spin & kettlebells/dumbbells. A great mix of cardio & strength training to start your morning off STRONG!

  • MONDAYS 6:30AM - 7:00AM

    A quick & sweaty 30 min Spin class. Get in, get out & get on with your day!

  • THURSDAYS 5:15PM - 6:00PM

    A full 45 mins of spin. This class is always changing to keep you on your toes! Expect intervals, some choreography & theme rides (ex- 90s Pop, Country, Rock, metal, 1 Hit Wonders, etc). Basically a dance party on the bike, the 45m will fly by before you know it!

  • THURSDAYS 6:15PM - 7:15PM

    30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of strength training using a combination of bodyweight and a variety of equipment. This class will leave you feeling sweaty & pumped!

  • WEDNESDAYS 6:00-6:30AM

    Vinyasa Yoga is a more upbeat form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath in a flowing sequence. Jennifer will provide you with variations or adjustments so you can do what feels best for your body. All flexibilities and first timers are welcome!

  • WEDNESDAYS 6:45-7:15AM

    Yin Yoga is a slower paced form of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time than other yoga styles. Great for improving balance and flexibility. Jennifer will provide you with variations or adjustments so you can do what feels best for your body. All flexibilities and first timers are welcome!

  • FRIDAY 6:00-6:30PM

    Instruction and demonstrations of basic fundamental kettlebell movements that will teach users to be stronger, fitter and more mobile. Special focus on movements and exercises that will be featured in the circuit/interval style kettlebell classes to follow.

  • FRIDAY 6:45-7:10PM

    The minimum effective dose of real world strength and conditioning to help users realize a stronger, fitter, harder to kill version of themselves!! Interval style training with basic kettlebell movements coupled with various body weight exercises.

    Lauren has instructed a variety of group fitness classes for over 10+ years and will be leading our Spin series at the studio. Get ready for a HARD sweat with Lauren!

  • Jennifer Davey

    Yoga Instructor | Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified

    With many years of teaching experience and training expertise, Jennifer has a wealth of yoga knowledge to share with the studio. She also has her certification in Mindfulness Coaching & Ayurvedic Nutrition. She is an avid runner and frequent hiker enjoying many daily outdoor adventures with her husband Joel and their two beagles.
